After being teased several months ago, the incredibly popular third-person shooter gacha RPG Goddess of Victory: Nikke has officially announced its collaboration with legendary JRPG NieR: Automata from September 1. Although this was anticipated by countless fans, the confirmation has certainly got others excited to see 2B & A2 enter Nikke’s world.
Nikke is popular enough that it probably needs no introduction! What’s also interesting is what makes Automata just feel like a perfect collaboration and even more so with Nikke’s character designs.

Anyone who has tried Nikke knows exactly what I mean. if you haven’t then take a good look at any character in the game. Nikke is known for some of the most revealing and skimpiest gacha character designs. As you are looking at the back of your character most of the time, it is obvious that much design work has gone into where actually.
Two JRPG characters well known for their revealing outfits, this might make 2B and A2 a natural fit to take over Nikke. Also, those design are not only about the character designs but 2B and A2 in NieR world is also an androids just like any of Nikke’ s main characters (also looks female). Which is why the relationship between both games, makes complete sense.
Nikke players have been waiting ever since for this collaboration. Since the release date is just around corner, we should be hearing about more of what to expect soon.
